Acerca del Director
Eric Yves
Brazilian director and photographer, passionate about nature and currently working for an NGO, Eric firstly graduated in Business and started working in the corporate world at São Paulo, his hometown. Not much after graduation, Eric ran to study cinema, doing courses late-night after work. After studying at renowned cinema schools in São Paulo, such as the AIC (International Cinema Academy), Eric started to test his filmmaking styles by making homemade “mindful” videos, which were posted on Youtube. Anything could be a topic, from clouds in the sky to travels and hiking. His videos seeked to find the beauty in small and even the most minimalist moments. At the same time, Eric started to work with sustainability and write short-film scripts, until one day, the idea for “The Nature of the End” came. This is Eric’s debut short-film.
